Epiris is the new name for Electra Partners.
Epiris is a top-performing private equity fund manager which, together with its predecessor firms, has managed private equity investment programmes for Electra Private Equity PLC as well as pension funds, financial institutions and family offices from around the world for three decades.
Epiris has invested £1.5 billion in private equity and leveraged loan assets since 2011; the returns it has delivered are in the top decile** when compared with other private equity funds investing in Europe.
Epiris announces its new name today to reflect its future and its independence from Electra Private Equity PLC, which it will continue to manage until 31 May 2017.
