Declan is our Compliance Manager.
He is responsible for ensuring our observance of laws, regulations and professional standards. He also sits on our ESG Committee.
Prior to joining Epiris in 1998, Declan worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, where he worked as a Chartered Accountant and advised a variety of clients including a number of private equity funds.
Declan has a masters in Accounting and a degree in Commerce from University College Dublin. Outside the office Declan enjoys spending time with his family and reading.
