Epiris today announces that Owen Wilson and Ian Wood have been promoted to Partner. At the same time they have also joined the firm’s Investment and Management Committees.
Owen has worked in private equity for 20 years and, since joining Epiris in 2013, has been involved with the Innovia, Retirement Bridge Group and Portals investments. Before Epiris, Owen worked at Palamon Capital Partners, Candover and Bain & Company.
Ian, whose investments include Elian, Hollywood Bowl, Audiotonix, TI Media and The Club Company, joined Epiris in 2012. Before that Ian, who has worked in private equity for 16 years, was at GCP Capital and Silverfleet Capital.
