Every year we aim to recruit 2 to 3 exceptional candidates to join our team. We are seeking people excited by the prospect of building a long term career with us in the private equity industry.

We currently focus on two entry points. We recruit graduates on to our Analyst Programme; and those with 2-5 years’ experience in strategic consultancy, accountancy, finance or law.

We have a structured training programme for both entry points that supplements on-the-job learning with specific modules of functional training. Candidates will have exceptional academics and the type of personality that thrives on learning fast, problem-solving and working in an entrepreneurial environment.
