ABOUT THE INVESTMENT

Fluid Water Group designs and delivers water-pressure boosting and pressurisation solutions for commercial and residential buildings in the UK & Ireland. The Group has a series of market leading products including the Monsoon (shower pump), Mikrofill (pressurisation units) and Dutypoint’s Scuba tank range (cold water boosting).

Since the acquisition of Stuart Turner in January 2022 and, through the transformational acquisitions of Dutypoint and AGM, we have more than doubled the scale of the business and built a leading position in the commercial market. Fluid Water Group now offers a comprehensive range of commercial and residential products alongside maintenance services, generating annualised revenues approaching £100 million.
