Further to the announcement of 3 February 2017, Epiris is pleased to announce that, following regulatory approvals, it has completed the sale of Audiotonix.
Electra Private Equity PLC has received proceeds from the sale of £203 million. This equates to a return of 4.8x original cost and an IRR of 50%.
Charles Elkington and Ian Wood were responsible for the investment and the exit of Audiotonix.
