ABOUT THE INVESTMENT

Headquartered in Sutton Coldfield on the outskirts of Birmingham, GSF is one of the UK’s leading automotive parts aftermarket distributors, or “motor factors”, acting as a critical intermediary between highly fragmented groups of suppliers and garages for whom it supplies a broad product range at very short notice.

GSF operates in a large, growing and defensive market that offers space to consolidate by capitalising on the advantages that scale brings in both the traditional market and the emerging market for electric vehicles. We plan to accelerate growth by investing in product, enhancing our geographical footprint and broadening GSF’s routes to market.
